The Clavicle (collarbone) is one of the easiest bones to break. Shown here is an extreme example. 
It only takes 7 psi to break. Even a child can deliver a chop with 7 pounds of force behind it. 
Take note of whether your assailant is right or left handed. Deliver a chop to the corresponding collarbone. If you targeted it correctly, chances are he’s not trying to do whatever he was trying to do that prompted you to break his collarbone in the first place anymore.
