Today in the Weightroom
So today in the weightroom, the Lateral Pull-down bar was set for 225 lbs, and I couldn’t even manange to pull it down if i was jumping, so we call over this kid who weighs 268 lbs, and he grabs it, lightly hops, and the bar and stacked weights flys downward. lol best thing today.
